Gasping for breath as strength seems to give way and as you resign to the songs of life's stormy sea, who wouldn't want to go away in blissful death as you're dragged down to doom? Will you sink or swim? This is the manifestation of all the demons that try to drag you to the depths. The anchor represents comfort in the storm, being grounded, and living to fight another day. Conjure the spirit of the original travelers, Seafarers, their voyages, the demons they saw and battled while exploring life and legends, fighting to get to where we are today...
Conjure the dance rhythms and ragtime that enliven any speakeasy, juke, or house party. The spirits of jovial celebration and endless double entendre while evoking the thunderous applause and soles of the souls delighted and uplifted even in the most harrowing of times. How will you encourage those around you and the ones you love? Will you bring down the house with laughter and dance? This plate was inspired by George "Shorty" Snowden, Frankie "Muscle Head" Manning, and Jitterbug James of The Vaudevillian. As the resonators founders and those who wanted a more vocal mouthpiece to their soul and rhythm intended, this plate was created to better rise above the noise.
